On January 30, 2025, over 230 women agency owners and their allies gathered in Los Angeles for the second annual Own It: Knowing & Growing Our Value Summit.

Hosted by our own CEO, Christy Hiler, the event was a full day of powerhouse panels, keynotes, and candid conversations designed to help women and non-binary agency leaders scale their businesses, own their value, and expand their impact.

From dissecting the rise of women’s sports to exploring the future of AI in marketing, the agenda was packed with insights from industry leaders like Danielle Smith (The Collective), Jo McKinney (Board of Innovation), and Ashley Walters (Curiosity). Attendees left with actionable strategies, new connections, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Own It now tracks over 780 female-owned agencies and continues to grow its platform to amplify stories of female ownership.
