That’s just a Tuesday for Christy Hiler.

We’re thrilled (but not surprised) to share that Ad Age has named our Owner and CEO, Christy Hiler, Executive of the Year in its 2025 Small Agency Awards. It’s a big honor, and well-deserved.

Christy’s vision and drive have powered not only Cornett’s growth (78% over the last three years, by the way), but also the rise of OwnIt—the movement she co-founded to spotlight and support women agency owners across the country.
