When you have a team member who just keeps making excellent, strategically sound, gorgeous work, over and over again, your next step is a no-brainer: you promote them. Say hello to Robert Baker, formerly a Senior Content Creation Manager and our new Director of Social Strategy.

In his time as Senior Content Creation Manager, Robert has worked some serious magic. He's shot and edited videos with millions of views. He's come up with killer concept after killer concept. He's strategized smart social media campaigns. And he's played a key role in locking down new business. Robert has worked with many of our clients, including A&W Restaurants, Keeneland, GE Appliances and VisitLex—where he recently helped create their mega-viral Horse Kicks campaign.

And it doesn’t stop there. Robert has been essential in bringing the Cornett Content Studio to life. The studio focuses on using in-house video editing, photography, and social strategy skills  to create content that gets people talking about clients’ brands. Since forming, the Cornett Content Studio has produced media that’s earned millions of impressions and hundreds of thousands of likes, comments, and shares—which means stronger connections with real people all across the world.

Robert exemplifies the values that make Cornett one of the best small agencies in the country: determination, expertise, and creative vision. These qualities made him the perfect candidate to take on the role of Director of Social Strategy, where he’ll be critical to the growth and development of the Cornett Content Studio and its team.

A special thanks to Ad Age for sharing this story and recognizing Robert’s accomplishments.
