Meet Karen Phillips, Cornett's new VP of Creative Media. Karen brings 25 years of experience across the full omnichannel mix — from CTV and streaming audio to OOH and social-first content. She's worked at heavy hitters like OMD, UM, AKQA, and Razorfish, and built media strategies for brands like Microsoft, Visa, Kraft, and McDonald's. Now she's joining forces with Chris Finnegan, our VP of Performance Media, to make Cornett's media even harder to ignore.
The idea is simple: media should be just as creative and accountable as the ideas it carries. Karen's job is to make sure our plans don't just buy share of voice, they earn it. She'll push our teams to think bigger, move faster, and show up in ways brands actually get remembered for.
