Third time Charmed
Since 2020, Cornett has made the Best Places to Work in Kentucky list, and this year is no different. Of course, we’re a little biased, and we’d probably give it to ourselves every year—but the final decision isn’t up to us.
The selection process, managed by Workforce Research Group, is based on two things: the results of an internal employee survey, and an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures.
We pride ourselves on making Cornett a great place to work by putting our employees first and enacting policies that directly benefit them. So naturally, we’re thrilled that our employees feel the same way. Here’s to hoping that this year is the third on this list for a long line of years to come.
