Overview
The Project Manager is the agency’s internal support lead working on assigned accounts to initiate and track all projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will work directly with the Creative Resources team and Account Lead on assigned accounts to ensure every project is on time and on budget. They will constantly have a full understanding of all project deliverables and serve as a contact for clients to provide job status updates at any time.
They plan, organize, and schedule in an efficient, productive manner, and are able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
They have extreme attention to detail, and do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project. They do not cut corners ethically, earning trust and maintaining confidence with the internal agency team and clients.
They are flexible and able to quickly adapt and adjust to changing priorities, all while coping effectively with complexity and change. They are calm under pressure.
They learn quickly and can proficiently understand, absorb, and re-distribute new information. They ask questions when they do not know the answer.
They are great communicators. They speak and write clearly, and can articulate without being overly verbose or talkative. They maintain this standard in all forms of written communication, including email.
They possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done as they will have a significant impact on the overall success of projects within the agency.

● 5-7 years of professional experience plus previous education or internship in a related field
● Bachelor’s degree relating to Communications, Advertising and Marketing

What you will do?
● Act as the team's internal support for all assigned accounts, including opening new jobs, executing change orders, creating estimates and building timelines
● Effectively collaborate with and manage agency and vendor/partner resources as needed for client success and agency profitability
● Facilitate daily communication between the account lead, creative and strategy teams and creative resource management to support services on assigned accounts
● Proactively orchestrate all agency resources, alongside the Creative Resources team, on assigned accounts
● Assist with job development by communicating changes and keeping the internal team informed
● Attend all internal meetings related to assigned accounts
● Assist Account Lead with budget and financial management for assigned accounts including monitoring budgets versus actuals
● Establish and maintain relationships with client personnel
● Develop and maintain client status reports and lead client status meetings
● Work with clients for job completion and keep them updated on priorities and deadlines interact with outside vendors on clients' behalf
